About Regression Therapy

Regression Therapy is the therapeutic practice of recalling and re-living unprocessed memories of previous experiences, from the current life; from the womb; and even further back thus allowing reactions to be processed in a manner that enables healing. It aims to resolve long-standing, sometimes complex issues that can affect an individual’s ability to fully enjoy and appreciate their life. It works with the somatic, psychological, and spiritual residues from the past that are at the root of present problems.

It is our belief as Regression Therapists that there is a need to simultaneously treat emotions, mind and spirit along with the body, for the individual to self-adjust. This holistic approach respects human individuals for their capacity to heal themselves and regards the client as an active partner rather than a passive recipient of care.

Leveraging Regression Therapy can resolve emotions such as anger, anxiety, shame, depression, powerlessness, sadness or guilt. It can also help with psychosomatic illnesses including headaches, allergies, sleep challenges, post-traumatic stress and many others.

It is quite often that clients find the measurable symptoms of their problem disappearing or reducing significantly in a few sessions. However, each client is unique and each one’s healing takes place at its own pace and time.

Between Lives Spiritual Regression:

This is suitable for those clients who have previously experienced Past Life Regression and are now looking for a more profound experience. It can provide a deeper spiritual awareness and understanding of who we truly are, and our life purpose and provide answers to questions on our unique spiritual journey.

The Timeless Healing Approach

As a Regression Therapist, I help my clients uncover the source of their challenges, in their current life and/or subconscious memories, that can be linked to one or more tragic/ traumatic events, or suppressed and unresolved childhood experiences. 

The process gets initiated with the filling up of a questionnaire before the session and sharing the same with the therapist. The therapeutic approach involves accessing the source memory, sometimes using body therapy and integrating the experience for the client. Quite often, the process involves working with the Inner Child state or even with the baby in utero, which could have had a profound influence on the individual’s adult life. When clients understand why they are feeling unwell or troubled, release the blocked emotions, and extend forgiveness to those who have wronged them, complete healing takes place.

There is also great benefit in exploring past lives and subconscious memories to have an understanding of patterns, feelings and memories. The accumulated wisdom provides fresh insight, personal growth and enhanced well-being.

A safe space is provided for the client to resolve their issues – to examine and release deep emotional problems or any distressing experiences, and transform them in a way that is both structured and safe.
