Helplessness and Insecurity

Nina lived in a joint family with her husband, daughter and In-laws. She felt extremely protective about her daughter and husband. She had read about Past life regression and wanted to experience the same. Post some discussion, it came out that she had a phobia about doors not being locked and a strong feeling of insecurity.

Nina regressed into a past life as a young girl of about six years, who got separated from her parents in a village fair and got lost. The client broke down and started crying like a baby… “My family is not with me, I can’t see them. Where have they gone..?” Searching for them, she wandered off, reached a river and tried to cross it. Got tired whilst swimming, felt completely helpless, gave up and drowned.

The key emotions of helplessness and giving up which emerged were used to take her to a current life memory. The Pastlife became the backdoor to the source of her insecurity and helplessness in current life. When the client was about 11 years old, she remembered her uncle entering her room several times at night and touching her inappropriately leaving her feeling scared and helpless.

Outcome: It took these two experiences in Past life and Current life to reach the real issue behind the client’s feeling of insecurity. Inner child healing was done to help Nina release the charge associated with the episode in her early childhood.
